Comments:
Jonesing for a run today. I was planning on staying late but I couldnt pass up the decent weather. Came home and rolled out. Felt pretty good initially and even better on the way back. Vijesh and I were talking about exit strategies and that got me a little worked up and nervous, so I blew it off with the run. That felt good. Even passed a bike on the way back.
Essentials: Stretch
Feeling a little sore from the past few day off. Ok stretch legs tight, can feel the ITs also. Shoes felt good though. Its no beach run but it felt good to be back out on the streets.
