Comments:
Quality long run. Last one before the race.
Ran 9 miles in 59 minutes. Ran to Airport Park. Then started 7 miles at MP. Stopped a few times. Just couldn't stay motivated doing the workout alone. Cooled down 4 miles through BHS to back to the house.
22:24 for the first 4 miles. Not quite sure about the last three miles.
