Comments:
Second 10-mile pace run went perfect. The only problem was my body was too jacked up on Mountain Dew to moderate the pace. However, all went according to plan, the pace was very good. Nothing off the charts but I was pleasantly surprised by the ease with which the workout progressed. Definitely confident in the training grind, after tomorrow the taper period will only prime me for a very solid performance come June 10th.
