Comments:
Ran with Kraig at Gates Chili. 2.5 mile warm up then 1000/600 x 3 with a 1:00 jog after the 1000 and a 2:00 jog after the 600. Felt good. 1000's were at tempo pace (3:49, 3:44, 3:39) 600's were at 5K pace (2:02, 2:08, 2:08). It was hot. 85 degrees today!
