Comments:
In Conte all day. Didnt get to my proposal but I took some time to get clarity on my other projects which is good moving forward. It was just stressful and tiring. When I got home, didnt feel directly up for running, so I let it ruminate a little bit. Then I was ready. Just felt like letting loose from the get go. It was right at sunset, a nice running time. Pushed it hard on any hill and on the trail. Got really muddy. It felt amazing. Surprised I had such drive to push the hills. Again, good metaphor for the lab work, there is always a way to get up the hill and push through the top.
Essentials: Stretch
Tried to stretch outside but it was getting buggy. Also tried my best inside but I was pretty muddy so legs do feel kinda sore afterwards. Its been a whole week since I got to run and softball started up so I bet that I will be pretty sore.
