Comments:
Took today to just rest and recover after a crazy week. The pretty weather matched up nicely. Heading out today, legs felt shot up I guess I went too hard yesterday. I kept in the zone though and plotted myself along. Eventually felt a little more comfortable. This really felt like a summer run, can tell town is quiet now.
Essentials: Stretch
Tried to focus on stretching a little more today since I knew I was sore. Then just chilled around for a while. May need to roll out some. This is what happens when you dont run all week.
