Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Final day ... sort of ... for the grind. Thinking of what to do during the race. If I go out in under 6:00 the attempt shall be to go 2:40 or under. Should the pace be around 6:15 the goal will be sub-2:50. However, the grind has gone as well as hoped, setbacks were minor and admittedly due to my stupidity or indolence. Four days and counting before Ouch-Time.
