warm-up 2..
then 7 mile tempo...6:00/mi through 2nd mile then Cromer and Chris Kelly were supposed to speed up so phil, nick, and i followed...and the rest of our miles (the 3 of us) were around 5 50. overall felt ok until the last mile, but we finished strong. then 6 200s...arm circuit....and cool-down.
