i realized today i may just be the world's worst swimmer. i couldn't get the rhythm for the breathing and had to stop actually swimming after 10 minutes to keep from killing myself. kick-boarded the last 30 pretty hard, still feel like a got a decent workout, especially based on how tired i am right now. static 3, ibis, ice bath
