Yellow Tempo

October 7, 2009 (Afternoon)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Partly cloudy, windy, and cool

Comments:
Veale to MLK
With Tim, Grese, Brett, and Paul, 3 of us were wearing yellow, drills

MLK: out and back
With Tim, felt pretty good up until about half-mile to go when I started to hear the call of nature, managed to finish well before hitting the port-a-john, could definitely feel a difference in the wind on the way back, other than that a rather boring tempo, splits: 5:49, 5:47, 5:50, 5:44, 5:48, HR 160

MLK, East, E108, Wade Park, E115, NRV Track With Tim, Kurt, and Grese

NRV Track
4*200m accelerations w/200m recovery, had to hit the bathroom after 4 intervals, which was probably good because my right knee felt a little weird

By myself carrying Paul's shirt, upper body circuit, 42 Eagle, stretch, 10 min full leg ice bath with Tim, Cindy, and Abby with our lifeguard
