Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I went in today after catching up on sleep. I think I deserved a good run after that. It was humid but overcast. Havnt been up to North Amherst in a while. Felt pretty good starting out, not sore in the legs as much anymore. Really worked into it though. It felt good out there, got a real saturated sweat going, so it felt like a summer run. On the way back, I was really moving, this is the most solid I have felt in the last few runs. Finished up kinda slow on campus though.
Essentials: Stretch
Solid stretch in the parking lot, legs feel loose now. I can easily touch my toes, which was hard to do a few weeks ago. Feel recharged and reset after this legit run. So glad I always have running in my back pocket, to fall back on knowing I can do it well and it will make me feel a lot better. Impressed with the distance and pace considering my recent training too.
