Comments:
Ran with Charlotte in the later afternoon. Didnt do shit today, just watching TV. I did need a day off, and felt it cause I had a headache and felt so so blah before I headed out. There is no way anyone can just vegg out all day every day. Starting out we both felt slow and sluggish, but once we got onto the rail trail hit a good stride and felt smooth. Charlotte lead the way mostly and we ended up on the Emily Dickinson Trail. I havent been out there in a while and it was pretty nice. Coming back, I could feel the humidity and it was actually refreshing. Another runner caught up with us and ran to the bridge. Friendly guy. Then we split off and I came back down the hill.
Essentials: Stretch
Just drenched when I got back, and the humidity isnt even that high. Ugghh I had to stretch outside. Legs feel recharged, body feels recharged, much like I did after the run yesterday. Its a great feeling. Im more ready to go now. Also, for the few runs this week got some decent mileage for me. I like that.
