Stomach not feeling well this morning so was planning on a nice and easy day until I ran into Chris who was doing a 6 x 400m workout with 400m recovery (splits: 84, 80, 80, 79, 81, 82), happy with the times and effort, brief walk on the way back, stretch, crunches & pushups.
