Weather: 80 pretty hot...
Comments:
Ran on the roads around Temple Terrace...
Ran easy 1st mile, then slowly picked up. So 2 miles total warm up.. (15:30)...
Then 6:30,12:53,19:05,25:14,then at 4.25 we stopped for water. Then kept going .75 of a mile to finish that mile in 6:24, then dropped again for 3 more miles (6:02,6:00,5:56), then 2 miles cool down.
Tired legs very tight when i started but got things going. Put gel inserts in the old shoes...
