Comments:
Knew I should run, but really wanted to go to the pool, and there wasn't time for both...Went to the pool, but aqua jogged for 15 mins during "adult" swim because I felt guilty. Did one minute hard one minute easy to get my heart rate up a bit more, and actually felt like I got a decent workout in.
