Comments:
Ran Dirt Cheap Trail Race #4 tonight at Webster Park. It was hot and terrible. Over 86 degrees. I ran pretty poorly, but finished ok, placing 8th overall in 39:52. Bib #128 1st in my age group. Had a hard time getting my legs going. Fun race, though. 2 mile warm up, 1 mile cool down.
