Comments:
Was busy from 8:30am to 6:30pm with a variety of different things, and dinner was ready at 7, so raced home and biked hard (at a higher level than usual) for 20 mins because that was all the time I had. Compensating for time in difficulty isn't the best idea, I know, but it was all I could do, and I feel like I at least got my legs a bit tired and got my heart rate up.
