still confined to the cardio room sadly. main goal was to keep the heart rate up during the hard segments, which i feel i did fairly successfully. can't believe it's been a week since i've really run hard. kinda sucks. probably going to try to run tomorrow, even if it's short and easy, just to see how it feels. static 1 and eagle.
