Comments:
Woke up at 5 AM and went to Bagel Bunch with Kraig. He and I ran 15 miles. My longest run in a while. Did a 1/2 mile warm up and quick stretch and then 4 miles easy (8:16, 8:03, 7:51, 8:02) followed by 8 miles at "marathon pace" in 7:19, 7:06, 7:03, 7:03, 7:02, 7:05, 7:02, 7:01 with an easy cool down at about 8:20 pace. legs felt good, just tired at the end, mostly from the race last night. Good end to the week!
