Comments:
Terri met me at my house and we ran over in the Downs. 3:22; 3:15; 3:18; 3:25; 3:25; 3:21. We jogged 3 minutes in between each 800. Mile warm up and mile cool down. Not too tired, but my foot is really hurting tonight. Gotta go to work, ugh!
