well i figured i'd try it. felt pretty good for the first two, and i think the hill on north park on the way back may have caused it to hurt more than it may have otherwise, but i still don't feel great about it. i'm going to try to do the workout tomorrow unless coach tells me to do otherwise, and i figure if i have to stop then i have to stop. hoping i can do tomorrow because if i can't i don't see any way that i can race saturday :(
