Comments:
Got dropped off at Cass then ran home on the waterfront and Taber St. Kinda planned to go a little bit longer around the rest of the trail, but I was not feeling it today. Got a bad stomach cramp and it was tough to run through. On top of that, it was pretty hot and sunny out. I made it back but it definitely felt like a struggle.
Essentials: Stretch
Rehydrated and stretched when I got back. Started to feel a little bit better but still had the cramp. Foot ok too so thats good.
