steady state

Comments:
started my run at a normal pace for 5 minutes and then did a 40 min steady state. I had a brief break after 15ish minutes where I picked up zeke and took a quick stretch. We continued on until he had to turn back to go home and I finished up on my own. I felt only ok in the beginning and end but quite good in the middle.
