Comments:
My form felt very bllahh today. I picked the pace up for a while and it didn't last to long. I don't think I should drop it under 7 anytime soon. Maybe for the Homecoming 5k, I will tempo. Mileage is at 15 this week on 5 days, so an average of 3. As much as i would love to not run laps around the field in front of Veale, i think it will be better for my knees if I do.
The schedule for this week looks like:
3R, 0L, 3R, 2LR, 4, 0, 2.
R=Rehab
L=Lift
I cannot wait for November to get here, so I can start lifting and working out with Coach Sylvester's group (800 group) and do some aerobic work, which I need drastically. It finally looks like I will have a good offseason coming into track.
