Comments:
20x400 with a start every 3 minutes at "5k pace"... Hard but manageable, 74, 72, 72, 72, 72, 72, 72, 72, 71, 71, 70, 69, 69, 69, 68, 68, 67, 66, 66, 64. Averaged out to 69s. Last 4 or so were hardest, legs felt like they couldn't keep up. Leading into the wind was annoying, and arms cramped up pretty bad. Feeling strong though, two very quality workouts this week.
