Comments:
Couldnt stay around as long as I did yesterday, plus I have some computer stuff I want to catch up on, so I came home early. When I did get home, hit the wall and felt exhausted. It took me a while to get out the door, and even then, legs still felt like rocks. I slugged along today. A shame since the weather was great. I did loop back through campus but after that just felt depleted coming down the hill.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched out a little bit but legs feel just tired. I was pretty hungry too so I ate and rehydrated immediately. Looking for a recharge to get some more good mileage in this weekend. Just part of the grind.
