Weather: cold! wore tights to keep my poor tendons warm. it worked. they didn't hurt.
Comments:
awesome workout. mentally overwhelming but I could totally do it. Huff knew but I didn't quite believe him at first. moved up a group- ran with JJ and Katherine for the first time. stayed with them for all of them but the last one, they got away from me a little bit, about 2 secs. felt great. it was hard but i enjoyed it
