Comments:
I used marshmallow gu at 50 minutes, tri-berry (caff) gu at 1:40ish, then cran-razz block chews at 2:15ish. I stopped at water fountains along the way and with that added time, my run was 2:55:33 (8:46 avg w/ water stops)
