Comments:
ran to mendon via 65 (58:30ish), nice and easy, then 70 minutes of trails: green -> orange -> blue -> yellow -> purple -> (road) -> dark green (hills!).
knee bugging me but felt really strong/bored lots of the time. hills were tough in the last 30 min.
