The 1st of the Hills

Over to Mayfield Hill for my first hill workout of this training season.

Did 6 x about 400 (two trees after the Cleveland sign). These felt ok and my pace was good for the first hill workout. Then, I proceeded to the cemetery and did 2 x 2 min. intervals around 5:20 pace. It felt good but also tough to move the legs quicker. Hopefully they will come along.

This is 1 - 2 weeks after I would like to be starting hills but I'm glad I got this in.

Stretch, roll, need to be consistent with core.
