Comments:
Down to MLK for my second 5 mile tempo. I was only going on 5 hours of sleep so wasn't quite sure how this would go. It ended up going very well in terms of overall pace. A bit inconsistent with each mile, but got it done! Felt ok effort wise until towards the end.

Stretch, roll. Short cool-down.
