Plantation 1000s

Last year this was one of my best workouts. This year it was not. I thought the warmup was harder than usual, but I always think that so I just brushed it off. Though I guess this time it was more akin to foreshadowing. I was in a group with Ingrid, Grace, and Rotem with a goal time of 4:28. The first two reps I stayed with the group and our time was right about where it needed to be. The third rep was when I kinda started breaking down. Going up the hill I felt so tired in an empty sort of way that I fell behind the group, and going back down I got overwhelmed and felt so bad that I basically started crying. When I got back the other girls were asking me questions, trying to figure out what was wrong, but I couldn't think so I just kept saying "i don't know i don't know". I managed to pull myself together enough to complete the 4th and 5th reps, although they were way too slow. After the 5th rep I started getting upset again in an stifling sort of way. Not really sure why. Not really sure why any of this happened in the first place. Nothing hurt and I definitely don't have anemia.
