Comments:
Went down to MLK for my first 6 mile tempo - beautiful weather for it, but a fair amount of breeze coming in off of the lake.
This went well. Mile splits were 5:46, 39, 41, 37, 43, 31. I was happy they were more consistent and felt good until about 1.5 to go when it felt more than tempo effort on the legs. BUT, ending HR was in the 160s. So, aerobically hopefully I'm there and then once the legs rest up I'll be in good shape.
