Comments:
Ran 3 full BK hills today. I always try to ready myself for how hard they are, but we do them so infrequently (not that I want to do them more often!) that I always forget the true trauma of them by the next time. THEY WERE SO HARD!!! Thankfully I was with a great group and was able to stick with them the whole time, but I'm so exhausted now. They were all between 1:55 and 2:05, can't remember which was which. Ran there and back with Hailey. When I got back to GDS, I had to just sit on the floor of the forum for 5 minutes before I could motivate to walk outside to the car. Happy that I was able to do the workout, but my shins are hurting a bit now, so I will probably x-train tomorrow.
