Comments:
Ran 20 miles with Kraig! felt great. Did a warm up mile in 8:05 and then ran 19 miles averaging 7:41 per mile for 20 miles. The mile splits were: 7:45, 7:48, 7:54, 7:45, 7:44, 7:49, 7:43, 7:48, 7:29, 7:33, 7:34, 7:40, 7:43, 7:38, 7:27, 7:36, 7:34, 7:35, 7:28. This might be my longest training run ever :) Felt really easy even though it was humid. 2:33:39 total running time and Garmin says I burned 2392 calories.
