Cross Country Practice

Comments:
Today, we ran the course with four lollypops. After that we ran a field cooldown. It was extremely cold today. We were also very sore and paused for about a minute between the lollypops. Lucas and Jimmy ran seperately,so Tom and I were left to run alone and as you know, when we practice together, it always turns into a race.
