Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran the RWC Alumni 5K. Felt great and the weather was fairly cool. Did 2 mile warm up, 3 mile race, 2 mile cool down. 7 miles total. Ran 17:44 for 5K and felt really good. Pushed hard the entire time. Mile splits were 5:41, 5:45, 5:45. Good kick at the end. Mom and dad came and watched. Won my age group and a couple of nice door prizes.
