Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran almost 8 miles after the race, 5 with Jared Ziegler. We were aiming for 7 minute mile pace for 10 miles but my legs were too tired and it was too hot for that to feel good. Ran the first 4 in 6:54, 6:55, 6:54, 6:59. Slowed in mile 5, ran mile 6 hard again (around 6:55 pace) and then a cool down. Overall, glad to get the work in.
