Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
Did something to my right thigh (honestly not really sure what part), but limped around all day, and tried the warmup lap, but it hurt a lot, so I just ellipticalled. Ellipticalling felt better than running, but not great, so I kept it short. Girls team meeting after which I always love so much.
