Comments:
I sabotaged this run by eating a bag of chips at 3:20 because I needed a pick-me-up and I was hungry and had already eaten my better food. I knew it wouldn't be a good choice and it wasn't. I ran with Mia to the top of BK and back and felt disgusting and terrible the entire time. Then did some hurtle drills with Kyra and some intense inch worming and bear crawling with Kevin.
