Comments:
Ran 6 x 800 at practice. The team ran 8 x 800. Did a mile warm up, strides, mile cool down and some jogging in between. 6 miles total. My times on a rolling hill loop were: 2:53, 2:52, 2:50, 2:50, 2:48, 2:46. Legs are heavy.
