Comments:
Stupidly went for my shakeout run that Anthony had suggested when I was feeling absolutely awful already because according to like every study ever, running helps cramps. Newsflash: IT'S ALL A LIE. Felt disgusting and it was so hot and muggy and gross out too. Totally forgot about the x-training part until around 9pm when I suddenly realized I hadn't done it, and then biked for 25 minutes. Probably the first time I've exercised after dinner.
