Well not shaking out yesterday turned out to be not such a great idea. Shake out today in the afternoon and my legs felt it. Felt good going down the hill but on the way back, kinda hampered and sluggish. It was chilly out today and I enjoyed that every much actually. First day that actually feels like fall, so its a good time to start getting the reps back in.

Essentials: Stretch

Had to stretch it all out for sure when I got back since I was feeling tight. Hips are the tightest might have to roll later. Try and get to the gym again tomorrow for some more stretching.
