Comments:
2 laps of the 9-mile loop (http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=3075683). Stashed energy drink at about 4.5 miles. Stopped every 4.5-ish miles to reload on drink and stretch. Felt pretty good through 14 miles or so. Was reeeeeally drained at the end, but felt better than at the end of the 16-miler.
