From doing some research on t'internet, I've discovered that I'm running my easy runs too fast, which means that I don't have as much energy for any speedwork or hill training. This was an easy run, so I cut my pace right down. It was tough running this slowly, but if it improves my running overall, I'll have to stick with it for a while.
