Rec Center Run

October 24, 2017 (Night)

Comments:
Big ass rain storm coming in and I didnt care to get my shoes soaked. Also the winds were strong. Just warmed up to the gym from the parking lot and hopped onto the treadmill. Havent ran on it in a while. It was just as boring but I am honestly surprised I made it so far. Did a accelerating tempo and was really crushing it there at the end (10.5 mph) HR was up in tempo range which is great. I definitely felt contained and consistent during the whole thing and finished strong. Finished with a real slow cooldown on the track.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch when I finished up then jogged back out. Made it to the parking lot just as it started downpouring again. Very very tired at the end of it all so overall a solid nighttime workout. Legs feeling good.
