Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Big ass rain storm rolled in and it was just a typical dreary day. I woke up form my nap with a stomach cramp and didnt really want to run, but knew I would feel even more like shit if I just kept laying there, so I strapped up and went. The rain wasnt too hard, just coming down enough to get wet but not soaked. It was comfortable actually. Started to feel much better once I got around through town and onto campus. Did a little bit in the gym but noticed it was getting dark soon so I raced back. Took the pace easy lost in my thoughts, but felt good. Not too sore from the lift either.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch feeling stiff when I got back. IDK why mileage has been more consistent but I didnt feel flexible at all. Took a while to work that out but stomach cramp and legs feeling much better. Now its time to hunker down and stay dry.
