today we were supposed to do a workout, but we all shat the bed terribly.  we started off fine, doing a nature loop at bernon and down to cass park to jog a bit and have lavallee explain the course for the Boston race this sunday, and the nto the hell's trotters cemetary.  there, we did 2 hills, with 10 push ups in between, and then ran down to this park thing a little down the road from the cemetary and did a pick up through there, and then ran back.  none of this had breaks in between, and i for one felt incredibly tired right from pretty much the first hill or 2.  we ended up only doing 3 sets of that because we all sucked so badly, and just ran home miserably.  one of the worst practices in a while, specially cause some lady ran a red light and almost killed lavallee and caused an accident less than 10 feet from us.  get sleep, eat foor, do hw, RECOVER!
