Weather: nice, a bit humid though
Comments:
Late for practice, solo 2x(6x480) with 1:30 rest and 4 minutes rest in between sets at stratton. First set legs felt pretty tired still from monday, averaged around 87's. seventh one was too slow (88), so picked it up and actually felt a little better, averaging 84-85 for the last set with an 82 to finish. Not a terribly killer workout but got some good rhythm work in. Legs still pretty beat
