Modified Michigan: Mile w/1000m tempo, 1200m w/1000m tempo, 800m w/1000m tempo, 400m w/1000m tempo, skeptical at this workout at first but turned out well, toward the back for most of the intervals, thought I might have to dash to the bathroom after the 1200 but my gut held strong, splits: 5:23, 3:34, 3:54, 3:37, 2:39, 3:36, 1:13, 3:37
